– Reports to Team Manager – New Product Introduction.
Role Summary {Description of the job and Key Result Area}:
– Liason with Marketing and customers.
– Conversion of market requirements into products.
– Monitor New product till launch and pilot lot.
– Formulate and Monitor Project cost.
– Cost to the Company 1.75 lacs to 3.75 lacs.
Candidate Profile:
– Educational Qualifications Diploma or BE {Mechanical Engg}.
– Behavioral Competencies.
– Good communication ability in both English and local language.
– Willingness to learn with initiative and drive.
– Excellent team player and participative in group activities.
– Technical Competencies.
– Complete Product and Process Knowledge.
– Knowledge of latest in Bus body building technology.
– Basic Product Costing knowledge.
– Understanding of Financial Budgeting processes.
– Understanding of Logistics functions and vor management systems as a CFT project owner.
– Working knowledge of SAP module.
– Experience Range 3-10 Years.
– Age Group 22 – 35 Years.
