Job Description:
Project Manager, required for a company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Main Responsibilities:
– Supervise directly the construction work on site including all tests, inspection and stage approvals.
– Maintains site records and measurements.
– Assists with the completion acceptance procedures.
– Performs such other duties as may be assigned.
– Read the Auto CAD maps and guide the labors on daily bases.
– Follow up with the subcontractors on daily bases.
– Supervise the maintenance projects.
Requirements:
– Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
– Two years experience after professional qualification.
– Ability to read the Auto CAD drawings.
– Do the bill of quantity for any project.
– Effective communication skills in written and spoken English, and understand Arabic is a must.
– Must be a Muslim.
– Valid driving license in Saudi Arabia.
– Able to communicate with labors.
– Valid IQAMA and able to transfer.
