Location: Jedda
Major Duties and Responsibilities
► Develop and update the strategy, goals and targets of the Regional Construction Management department.
► Develop milestones and plans for the Regional Construction Management department to achieve its goal.
► Develop the annual budget for the Regional Construction Management department and ensure cost and expenditure are within the set budget.
► Manage the implementation of the strategic initiatives, as applicable to Regional Construction Management, and communicate expectations to all individuals within the department.
► Manage the implementation and improvement of the Regional Construction Management guidelines, policies and procedures and ensure compliance across all departments.
Qualifications and Experience
A minimum of:
► Degree in Engineering discipline (Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical etc), or equivalent (Master’s Degree is preferred) with a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
► Management-level experience is required (2+ years).
► Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
