JOB Description: Lead Engineer (Engineer 3)
Purpose:
Maximizing Produtivity and Quality of Maitenance & Production for Instruments especilly for Control Valve
Qualification Experience:
Experience of engineering service for 10 years or more
Business experience concerning technology, manufacturing, quality control
Skills:
The specialized technical knowledge of Maintenance & Production (Each knowledge, product of own and competitors, troubleshooting, application, maintenance, material, tools, calibration, startup planning)
Dedicated knowledge of Process and Plant
Reading and conversation in English
Ability to interpret international standard
Ability to design & develop working process
Skills to build interpersonal relationships along with flexible leadership and cooperativeness
Knowledge of Environmental protection & management
Can complete the whole process as a team leader (Can instruct the workers)
Can complete the whole process with his own judgement
Competencies & personal traits:
Good interpersonal skills to maintain effective communication
Negotiation ability (outside of company and in house)
Proactive
Accurate decisions and judgement contextual (The capacity to understand to the opinion of an opponent)
Responsibilities:
Ability to manage the service job (progress, delivery and cost management)
Grasp and confirm the detail of job with customer
Ability to manage the procedure for service job (Design, create, review, maintain and management of field maintenance job, construction job, workshop maintenance job, overhaul job)
Create the maintenance report
Confirm the maintenance report of created by technician
Preventive measures and support the customers against the trouble
Collect the field information and create the solution proposal
Create the optimal maintenance planning proposal
Calculating the estimated cost for a service job
Promote each activity of safety, Health, environment and quality (organized, tidy, cleaning, cleanliness, discipline, hazard prediction, prediction of potential accident, toolbox meeting, safety improvement)
Traceability management of measurement tools, Improvement proposal of tools
Improvement of the work for efficiency, propose and create the standard document for field service
Ability to manage the procedure for assembling the products (design, create, review, maintain and management)
Design and management for schedule of assembling the products
