Trade Certificate in Carpentry, 5-7 years of experience in Operation & Maintenance of Office Furniture, Repair & Maintenance of Wooden, Steel, Glass, Door & Hardware Accessories, Ceiling, etc…
• Mason Technician
Trade Certificate in Masonry, 5-7 years of experience in Operation & Maintenance of Masonry Works, Floor Finishes, Pavement, Asphalt, Concrete Floor, Tile Fixing, Wall Finishes.
• Painter Technician
Trade Certificate, 5-7 years experience in Operation & Maintenance in Spray Painting, Roller Painting of

• Electronic / Low Current Technician
Diploma / Trade Certificate in Electrical / Low Current System, 5-7 years experience in Operation & Maintenance of Low Current System, CCTV, DVR, Public Access, Sliding Doors, Card Reader Access, Fire Alarm System, Exit Door System UPS System
• Plumbing Technician
Trade Certificate in Plumbing / Mechanical, 5-7 years experience in Operation & Maintenance of Plumbing Works, Drainage System, Fire & Water Pipe Line System, Installation & Maintenance of Toilet Fixtures, Mixers, Water Booster System, Fuel Oil Pump, etc…
• HVAC / Mechanical Technician
Diploma / Trade Certificate in HVAC / Mechanical, 5-7 years experience in Operation & Maintenance of Chiller, Package Units, AHU, Exhaust Fan, Pumps etc….
