– Good communication (English/Hindi), analytical and interfacing skills.
– Experience in providing Inbound / Outbound Voice support.
– Effectively log in complaints inbound / outbound from internal clients and provide support.
– Document calls and issues.
– Good decision maker.
– Work time – 9:30am to 7:00pm.
Candidate Profile:
– Previous telecalling experience in a Domestic Call Center.
