FIELD METAL TECH:-
Jop description:
(Strainer cleaning, Blinding and de blinding pipe line, Filter cleaning/replacement, De-chocking pipes, Valve dropping, repairing & installation, Process leak arresting in pipe and flange, Assist mechanical and instrument jobs to do flange break, Connect/disconnect hoses for loading or unloading chemicals, Pipes spools and piping components removal, alignment, reinstallation. Basic online clamping, application of online sealing material like Belzona etc. Valves – Valves and PZV removal, shifting and reinstallation. Basic Repair of Manual Valves, gland leak arrest. Attend scheduled and break down maintenance pertaining to static equipment such as valves installation leak fixing, strainer cleaning, pipe stress relieving, blinding, de-blinding. Equipment’s:- Installation, alignment of static equipment’s like drums, vessels etc. Wire Ropes:- Greasing, replacement of wire ropes from lifting equipment’s like Gangway, Mooring Dolphins etc. Permit: Permit receiver for Cold, Hot, release and Confined Spaces. Should be able to communicate in English both verbally and Writing.)
