– Masters Degree in Civil Engineering.
– Specialized in concrete technology.
– Has experience not less that 5 years in similar field or position.
– Able to make technical analyses and find appropriate solutions.
– Able to write technical reports.
– Able to write routine reports and correspondence.
– Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
– Has Strong interpersonal skills.
– Has a transferable Iqama.
