Logistics Site Coordinator – Port & Yard Operations

Job Responsibilities
Carry out cargo loading supervision at ports and yards according to company requirements.
Check and count incoming cargo and maintain accurate arrival records.
Inspect cargo for damage, take photos of any damage, record cargo and vehicle loading details, and report the information to the relevant team.
Coordinate with drivers and on-site personnel, verify vehicle documents, and ensure proper cargo handover.
Handle routine issues during loading and unloading operations and promptly report any abnormal situations to the supervisor.
Coordinate vehicles and communicate with port and yard personnel regarding loading, unloading, and operational arrangements.
In case of cargo damage, mixed loading, missing cargo, or other abnormalities, take photos immediately, report the issue to the site supervisor, and follow up until resolved.
Assist with stocktaking and other logistics/site duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Diploma degree or above; Logistics or related majors are preferred.
Able to work on-site and accept night shifts, temporary schedules, and flexible working hours.
Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, port, yard, or on-site operations is preferred.
Good computer skills.
Good communication skills in English and/or Arabic.
Responsible, hardworking, able to work under pressure, and capable of handling on-site issues independently.
Valid driving license and ability to drive are required.
