We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Key Account Manager. The qualified candidates must have good customer service and communication skills, with a thorough working knowledge of Air Freight, Sea Fright and rate negotiations.

We will provide the ideal candidate with a positive working environment, and we offer a very competitive salary, Salary will depend on experience.

Key responsibilities:
1) Maximize sales revenues and yield a specific customer portfolio whilst actively gaining new profitable business.
2) Planning and conducting visits to maintain existing business and gain new business
3) Develop and propose a sales plan including conducting market analysis
4) Ensuring customer requests are handled promptly and professionally
5) Customer Service- provide resolution for service issues
6) Managing a portfolio of Key Clients 7) Quotations- maintaining of rates in the system / provision of new rates as required
8) Identify further revenue growth opportunities
9) Securing of new trade lane opportunities
10) Creation / Maintenance / development of client SOP’s
11) Acting as the link communication with internal and external teams
12) Focus on continuous improvement 13) Continuous improvement- Report preparation in readiness for client visits
Job Requirements:
1) You must be based in KSA
2) You must have experience of Freight Forwarding and Saudi Market. 3) Educated to Degree level
4) 10 years of work experience, with at least 5 years handling individual key accounts
5) Excellent communication skills
6) Strong negotiating skills
7) Transferable Iqama is preferred.
