Job Description Summary:
• Good understanding of core Oracle ERP concepts like HCM, SCM, Ex-store, Manufactory & Financial, its Roles and Responsibilities, Profiles, Form Functions.
• Must understand Oracle SQL so that they can write their own queries for data mining.
• Ability to work on the integration layer, Oracle Dashboard.
• Ability to translate business requirements into a good technical requirement to the development team.
• Good communication skills and the ability to talk to users and stakeholders to understand their problem and propose a solution.
• Ability to work with an in-house IT team of analysts and developers in a One Team environment.
• Able to handle multiple assignments at one time.
• Involved in determining the criteria and indicators for measuring the performance of management, performance management continues to ensure the achievement of the objectives set, the longer the statistical reports that reflect the actual performance against the criteria specified.
• Review and adopt policies, procedures, and controls governing the management style of work, and make sure to apply a permanent basis.
• Ensure the preparation of budgets for the departments belong to him and directs all activities of administration within the framework of the approved budget and watching the verse deviations.
• Defines the general framework for the planning and implementation of projects in accordance with the requirements of the work the various departments , and organize workshops to study the proposed projects and the possibility of its application , and supervised the preparation of operational plans and budgets for projects approved and follow the implementation, and review the periodic reports which reflect the achievements against the plan ,
• Ensure coordination with the concerned departments to determine procedures for operational productivity and financial and administrative decisions necessary for the implementation of programs and applications, and is reviewed to ensure accuracy and to avoid any contradictions or difficulties impeding the implementation and overseeing the design and implementation of programs and applications according to the procedures and specific instructions and provide technical guidance on them.
• Following the activation of the new software and applications relevant departments in accordance with the specific operating instructions, and make sure to use the necessary preparation guides, and following the training of personnel to enter data and extract reports, and ensure the efficiency of programs and applications to meet the needs of departments to raise efficiency.
• Put policies and controls for the protection and security of information and defining the powers of the users and the circulation of information between the departments of the company and ensure its implementation and monitoring any irregularities, and make sure to save and update all the information in the database, and oversees the development and implementation of a contingency plan to ensure continuity of the flow of information.
• Oversees the technical specification for all hardware and software in accordance with the requirements of the work, and manages with suppliers and study the offers and adoption, and makes sure to provide technical support services and maintenance for all users with the required efficiency, and review reports and own failures repeated and recommend corrective actions.
