Hospital Linen Distribution Supervisor needed immediately. At Hospital Cooperative Laundry we are dedicated to quality and service. HCL provides service to over 200 hospitals, surgery centers, and medical clinics. In serving their needs, we emphasize quality and teamwork to all employees. Responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established by HCL. Ensures that the assigned accounts are in compliance with all HCL policies and procedures. Is flexible in the work schedule and has the ability to provide backup as needed. Is a self started and understands how to mange and motivate multiple accounts.
Qualifications:
Must have excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
Must have ability to work in a team environment on multiple projects
Must have excellent customer service skills
Must be computer proficient with Microsoft Office Suite skills and willing to learn new software (Linen Helper/Linen Master)
Must have 1-2 years of management experience – hospitality experience a plus
Responsibilities:
Ensure policies and procedures are in compliance
Hire, motivate and train new employees
Monitor and maintain linen inventory
Address customer service needs
