Requirements:
– Civil engineering degree
– Has courses in transportation/traffic engineering
– 5 years experience at the same field, has experience in traffic signal design and operation, pavement marking design, transportation system travel forecast, geometric highway design , intersection channelization and travel engineering ,computer software NEMA and AASHTO/MUTCD standards.
