A prestigious fabrication organization engaged in manufacturing of high value pre-fabrication product urgently requires the services of PROCUREMENT QC at Jubail in Saudi Arabia.

Qualification & Skills
Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Relevant Field.
Able to communicate easily
Physical Requirements.
Iqama should be transferrable
Nationality: Pakistani Only
Duties & Responsibility.
• Get NMR’s and quality related documents from vendors and get approval from designer and end user/Saudi Aramco
• Verify with quality and engineering department and document controller on issues related to PO’s
• Follow up with vendors for pending documentations/materials.
• Ensure that the instructions to Vendor for providing Spare parts and operating materials data for new equipment are included in the Materials Requisition for quotation subsequent procurement.
• Coordinate with the discipline engineers for the technical review and approval of each SPDP.
• Get inquiry from client. Study scope of works, client requirement, BOM and technical specification from the supplied bid documents, obtain all pertinent information from customer regarding their requirements.
• Working to ensure client and contractual obligations are met.
• Day to day correspondence with the client and suppliers on various approval for the documents as per Saudi Aramco Standard.
• Receives catalogues and stores hard copies and electronic copies of all technical drawings, reports and related information in an orderly manner in line with policies and procedures.
• Work with precisions to ensure that all electronic and hard copy filing is accurate and is easily retrievable.
• Making several reports formats as per internal, ISO and Saudi Aramco requirements.
• Develop approved vendor list according to the projects, review and update procurement section for executing project execution plan.
• Manages procurement activities including procurement status report, delivery report, PO disposition report etc.
