We are looking for a pastry chef for 5 stars cafe in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as Pastry Chef, baker or relevant role.
2. Great attention to detail and creativity.
3. Organizing and leadership skills.
4. Willingness to replenish professional knowledge.
5. In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques and nutrition.
6. Working knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations (pastries that are gluten-free, sugarless etc.).
7. Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field.
8. good English speaking, writing and reading.
