IT and communication Sales Engineer required. Job responsibilities:
1- Understanding and Identifing customer’s needs and requirements.
2-Receives, follows up, and responds to customer’s inquiries & prepares quotations.
3-Design different kind of low current systems (Telephony, IT infrastructure, CCTV, etc.).
4-Negotiates and closes deals with customers and maintains a satisfactory post-sales relationship with customers.
5-. Receives & finalizes Purchase Orders with customers and follows up with Support unit to prepare sales orders & invoices accordingly.
6-Follows up with the technical dept to ensure completion of delivery.
7-Fully responsible for collecting payments due as per payment terms in addition to confirmation of accounts.
8-Demonstrates product capabilities/specifications, which require engineering knowledge, by creating and presenting technical information to customers for different kinds of products from different brands like(Cisco, Avaya, Hikvision, Fortinet).
Skills
1- 3+ Years of Sales Experience With IT and communication background. (Especially in JEDDAH)
2- Strong Technical Knowledge on Low Current products .
3- Strong command in English (Arabic is a plus)
4- Strong oral, Written and presentation skills
5- Strong Computer, mathematical skills and reasoning Ability.
6- Bachelor Degree in any Computer field is highly recommanded
