Job Description:
Survey Project Manager, required for a company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Qualifications:
– Candidate must have Bachelor of Science in Geodetic Engineering or in Survey Engineering.
– Candidates having 3 Year Diploma in Associate Engineer need not to apply.
Experience:
– Candidate must have experience with RTK GPS methods, total stations and digital levels, AutoCAD, data processing software and typical word processing and spreadsheet software. Laser scanning and hydrographic are a plus.
– Ability to produce high quality results using leading edge equipment under circumstances that are sometimes difficult and uncomfortable.
– Willingness to travel and interact with people of many different cultural backgrounds, work in difficult and sometimes uncomfortable circumstances and get the job done anyway.
Responsibilities:
– Managers will be responsible for one or more projects.
– Duties for each project will include evaluation of contracts, planning of survey, coordination of one or more field crews, liaison between field and computational/CAD unit, coordination of final deliverable to client.
Compensation and benefits:
– Work to be done through a two year contract.
– Salary dependent on experience.
– Compensation will include housing, vehicle, health insurance, a generous annual vacation package and personal transportation costs from point of origin to Saudi Arabia and back.
