Job Description:
Our client, a private equity firm based in Saudi Arabia, wants to hire an experienced pro-active Investment Banking Associate/ Senior Analyst.
– They focus on the corporate and real estate sectors. They also offer investment banking advisory services, provided by a highly professional team of experts with regional bulge bracket investment banking experience.
Responsibilities:
– Plan and execute mandate transactions.
– Compiling financial models and utilizing business valuation methods.
– Prepare pitch presentations, promote existing services and originate deals.
– Lead / support buy side- sell side advisory for local, regional and international investors.
– Work closely with clients to design optimal business structures, propose solutions for capital raising needs and identify attractive opportunities.
– Maintain the investment banking departments, business continuity plans and co-coordinate with the compliance department on operational risk assessment.
Requirements:
– A degree in Finance or related field with strong academic background, CFA qualification is not compulsory but will be an advantage.
– At least 4-7 years of experience in an Investment banking/ asset management environment, though experience of financial modeling is compulsory.
– Need experience in asset management / private equity, having done deals on the buy side or selling side as well as direct front office experience, with deal sheet.
– Fluency in English as well as Arabic.
