Van Salesman – Saudi Arabia

Please find below the (salesmen) eligibility requirements.

• Minimum Qualification – High school / Graduate
• Minimum 2 years FMCG sales experience / Van sales experience in Saudi / GCC countries
• Preferably Possess GCC driving license
• 25 to 30 years’ old
• Preferably working knowledge in English and Arabic
• Sell and present products to existing and potential customers.
• Distribute and display sold product in customer outlet.
• Constantly look for opportunities to increase visibility of products.
• Collect money for sold product and pay to cashier daily.
• Effectively implement sales promotion/ special activities
• Aggressive, hard-working and committed
• Focused and Sales Target oriented
• Good at planning daily sales and collection
• Self-driven to work long hours to achieve sales and collection targets
• Increase and maintain the customer base in the designated areas/routes
• Excellent Rapport building capability
• Responsible for company vehicle and other assets provided
• Loading and unloading the vans to ensure having the right products mix guarantying no out of stock during the journey plan.
Basic: 1300 sr
Food allowance: 200 sr
Monthly Commission: as company policy if he achieve his target
Sales commission Up to 1500 SR
Collection commission Up to 1500 SR
Vacation: 42 days after completion of 24 months of work
Health Insurance: as per company policy
Annual Ticket: Up to 1 ticket after completion of 24 months of work
Contract period: 2 years / renewable
