We are looking for a Restaurant Manager for a reputed Pakistani Restaurant
Restaurant manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
Responsibilities
1- Coordinate daily restaurant operations
2- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
3- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
4- Regularly review product quality
5- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
6- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
7- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
8- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
