responsibilities:
• develop and own the product development strategy and execution of product vision and roadmap and own all major and minor product releases.
• owner of the product development plan, delivery and quality.
• own key product performance metrics, benchmarking and reporting
• setup global product development lifecycle processes, tools and communication plans
• setup, nurture, grow and lead the product development team
• be part of the global product management and engineering leadership team Leadership & Management
• demonstrated ability to lead complex and strategic initiatives and interact with globally distributed engineering, product, operations and senior leadership teams
• help hire, develop, up skill and mentor a strong team of engineers, architects and managers
• take part in design, architecture and code reviews across different work streams
• provide clear leadership by demonstrating understanding of business, markets, and industry trends
• own the growth plans of the product teams
• be a role model for the team representing our culture, core values and ensure leadership, coaching and feedback is cascaded through the organization
requirements
• successful track record of delivering mobile app and website product
• enable and inspire diverse delivery teams through leadership
• self starter who exercises solid judgment, discretion and confidentiality
• strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• should have 10+ years of overall industry experience with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in managing high performing large teams
• technical expertise in data base management, API, big data
• php, python and development expertise experience
