IT Support Engineer for I.T/Technology Company in Riyadh Saudi Arabia (Arabic & English Speaking is Must)
Well known IT Services and Solutions Provider Company with head-office in Riyadh, is looking for young, energetic, initiative and hardworking IT Support Specialist to join our network & technical support team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Valid Saudi Driving License is Must
• Arabic & English Language mandatory
• Iqama Should be transferable
Education & Skills Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in I.T. or Computer Sciences with reputable University.
• Knowledge of Windows, XP, Vista and general desktop support issues
• Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP and other networking concepts
• Any relevant certification e.g. MCPIT, CCNA etc. will be preferred

Duties
• • Manage and maintain various enterprise hardware & software systems like Point of Sale (POS), Self-Order Kiosks (SOK), Drive Thru Systems, and Network Infrastructure.
• • Install, configure, and maintain server/network hardware platforms to include OS installation, imaging, mounting, and all physical connectivity.
• • Ensure restaurant compatibility amongst restaurant hardware, OS, and network with all relevant applications
• • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
• • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
• • following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• • Document the design, installation, and maintenance procedures for all deployed hardware, and software projects.
• • Take accountability & work closely with project management and quality assurance teams to execute installation, configurations, testing, UAT as per standard SOP.
• • Documents and facilitates user acceptance testing
• • Respond to support helpdesk to remediate issues reported on software and hardware failures.
• • Installs and tests necessary software and hardware.
