Job Description:

A Large Renowned Saudi Group of Companies based in Riyadh. They operate in construction, manufacturing businesses, design & development centers and a host of facilities in the Middle East and other countries. Requires FINANCIAL CONTROLLER.

JOB PURPOSE:
• Support business decision making through providing financial information and developing projections and alternatives.
• Maximizes return on assets and enhance the effectiveness of production by establishing policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.
• Monitor all the process in the manufacturing (Purchase – Stores movements ….etc.)

Responsibilities:

Financial & Costing analysis
• Control Product Cost – through analysis of the cost elements (Material – Manpower – depreciation and other manufacturing expenses. From factory level down to product level , with alternative plans to ensure reaching the best product cost .
• Tender Cost support – via coordinating with tender department to ensure considering all cost items in the prices
• Build capacity module to measure the capacity based on the produced items and suggest the proper mix forecast
• Measuring the capacity utilization and build the capacity forecast for the future period
• Support Product sales Pricing
• Profitability reporting ( Factory level – -Customer – product – Sales order – Channel – Material Group )
• Cash management (reporting ( Factory level – -Customer – Channel )
• Budget preparation ( Expense – product cost – capital expenditure )
• Monitor the expenditure budget
• Monitor the expenditure budget
Process Monitoring and improvement
• Control the scrap process
• Control the purchase process ( Best Pricing – fast work flow )
• Control the in- coming and out- going goods procedures and consumptions efficiency
• Control the stock movements to insurecorrect stock balances
• Control the stock levels ( FG – WIP-RM )
Skills
• Management, planning, design, production, stores , QC ,Purchase , Sales
• Expert in MS Office Applications.
• Medium level On SAP program (ERP).
• Presentable and strong character
• Has the business common sense
• Intelligent and motivated to add a value
• Team work
• Cooperation with different level in the organization

Communications and Working Relationships:

• Management, planning, design, production, stores , QC ,Purchase , Sales
• Suppliers , Customers

Qualifications: ACMA/CIMA

Age: 40 Years

Experience: 8 to 12 years of experience in the financial and costing field – manufacturing industry – at least 3 of them in Managerial Level

Salary offered : 12000 to 15000 SAR as basic salary + accommodation, transportation, medical insurance and round trip tickets are provided
