Woodwork & Furnitures Painting And Polishing Supervisor – Riyad

Experience:5 to 20 years in furniture and woodwork spraying houses and hotels wooden furnitures
Languages: English is a must, Arabic(preferable)

Job Description and tasks
• Supervised a crew of 15 employees
• Applied paint to surface using most appropriate method
• Ordered all necessary materials for assigned projects
• Responsible for painting, sanding, finishing.
• Responsible for maintenance and clean up for all equipment and supplies needed
• Able to effectively use brushes, spray guns, or rollers.
• Well versed in all operating equipment: paint spray machine, pressurized painting booth.
• Monitoring estimate the quantity of paint materials of different paint system
• Help unskilled and semi-skilled workers and guide them in work process
• Ensure that staff is working to potential and meeting existing deadlines
• Ordered and maintained the paint supplies and materials
• Able to apply paint, stain, varnish, enamel etc. to wood and furniture.
• Responsible for maintaining property colour scheme specifications.
• Responsible for maintaining and match shades of particular areas.
• Apply primers or sealers to prepare new surfaces, such as bare wood or metal, for finish coats.
• Cover surfaces with appropriate material for protection during painting and posts appropriate paint signs.
• Clean up and store paint and painting tools and equipment in appropriate areas.
• Take care of the area-painting
• Complete appropriate safety training and certifications to perform work tasks.
• Identify and correct unsafe work procedures or conditions and/or report them to management and security/safety personnel.
