Job Description We are a Saudi based construction company with offices in Jeddah,Makkah and Madina. Majority of our work is based on Govt projects.
We also develop residential and commercial property and specialise in Hotels. We are looking for an individual to lead and support growth in the Region.
We are looking for an individual to head or M&E Devision.
The ideal candidate will posses a minimum of 15 – 20 years operational experience in a similar role! M&E Experience is a MUST!!

The requirements of this position are as follows:
1) Must have run an operation (President, Managing Director or CEO) of a company or division of greater than $15M in annual revenues focused on the Middle East.
2) Must be familiar with operations requirements in Saudi Arabia.
a. Must understand requirements to do business in these countries
b. Must understand local custom and also have expertise in administration, delivery and collections with educational and professional background in Construction (M&E)
3) Must have background in selling project services, especially in the mechanical & Engineering field. Also must have a high technical talent with ability to understand consulting and delivery in the region.
4) Individuals who have Degree from US or European University will be given priority.
5) Must speak fluently English and Arabic at the technical level.
7) Individual must be willing to be located or relocate to Saudi Arabia.
6) Individual will be responsible for building a local team, driving use and market share for the company and its services and also to build a solid brand in the region.
Compensation to be discussed and will be commensurate with experience.
