• Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook and etc.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• Team player
• BSc in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field
