Piping Design Engineers – Damma

Job Description
• Piping Designer with the responsibility of performing simple layout and design work, editing of existing drawings, incorporate construction redlines and detail drafting under supervision.
• Familiarity with equipment items and piping materials and their function in the design of an Oil & Gas Industry.
• Utilize 3D software to produce and edit simple piping designs and produce piping design deliverables such as isometrics, Plan and General Arrangement drawings.
• Utilize Microstation / AutoCAD to edit existing drawings, produce as-built, demolition drawings and other standard and detailed drawings.
Skills, Duties and Responsibilities:
• 5+ years of experience using one or more From The Following CAD programs such as PDS / SP3D / Microstation / AutoCAD
• Have good Experience Using CEASER II program.
• Creating the hydraulic calculation and stress analysis report.
• Require a minimum of three (5) years of piping layout and design experience relating to the Downstream Oil & Gas market working on engineering projects for clients such as Saudi Aramco/SADARA/SATORP/SABIC companies etc. in the Middle East.
• Require a proven ability to conduct simple layout and design for Piping Systems.
• Require an understanding of how piping design impacts and reacts with other engineering disciplines.
• Must develop knowledge of pipe and fittings, valves, and piping specialties.
• 3D Modelling and Drawing Production, Mathematics, Computing, Graphical Presentation.
• The job demands a good standard of verbal & written English and PC literacy.
• Must have good timekeeping skills, possess a positive get it done attitude and work well within a multidiscipline team environment
