– A Cisco gold partner has vacancies in level 2 and level 3 to work in 24×7 shifts in Jeddah.
– 3 years experience Post Cisco Certification (CCNP, CCVP, CCIE) in field operations a must, Must be familiar with unified communication Manager, Voice Gateways, ICM, CVP, Cisco SIP Proxy, Cisco PGW.
– Capabilities to include designing and implementing call flow, GUIC, CVP reporting.
