Job Description:
1. Handling petty cash in warehouse, closing and reconciliation on weekly basis.
2. To do purchases from vendors and manage vendor accounts
3. To prepare and manage employee’s database regarding timesheet, overtime, deductions like traffic violation and prepare their payroll on monthly basis.
4. COD Cash collection reports on daily basis.
5. Manage the Inventory in warehouse and closing of inventory details on monthly basis and prepare reports.
6. Proper filing of documents.
