Bookkeeper, Assistant Accountant (Riyadh)

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2-5 years of accounting experience within the luxury hotel/restaurant industry.

The successful candidate will also ensure that the company’s daily accounting functions run precisely and effectively. Quick Books knowledge and experience is a must


Broad range of Accounting responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department
• Processing any relevant business transactions, like accounts payable & receivable, disbursements, receipts, etc
• Preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records (such as bank deposits, statements, etc.)
• Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
• Perform other Accounting duties as assigned


• Demonstrated accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts Clerk or Accounts Admin
• Expert knowledge with Quick books bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
• Competency in MS Office (Excel), databases and accounting software
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Aptitude for numbers
• Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
• Well organized
• Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a PLUS
• Previous experience in the luxury hotel/restaurants industry
