Project Coordinator
Introduction
Estedama Environmental Solution office located in Alkhobar is GAMEP, Aramco & ISO certified industrial hazardous waste management facility (IHWMF) provide hazardous waste management services as per GAMEP regulation to their valued clients. Our IHWMF provide treatment, recycling and disposal of industrial hazardous liquid & solid waste for oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical and other industries.
We are looking to recruit Project Coordinator
To have an oversight of projects, contract administration, procurement of goods and services, limited accounting functions, and other duties as assigned. Develops and maintains positive client relationships to foster repeat business.
Responsibility
• Ensure the complete understanding of the project as well as customer needs to recommend proper offerings as a part of project.
• Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Support Sales team for project proposals.
• Estimate effort and timelines, planning and scheduling for the project.
• Monitoring project plans, project schedules, budgets and expenditures and report diversions to concerned stakeholders.
• Support reflection of stakeholders views towards project deliverables.
• Managing multiple teams and clients.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Accounting from an accredited institution.
• Project Management Certification.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry preferred.
• Working knowledge of GAMEP, Aramco.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in Aramco or Government Contracting environment highly preferred.
Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
