HR Director Job Outlook
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Director (for an
Engineering Industry focussed Company) to ensure that all human
resources (HR) operations are carried on smoothly and effectively.
HR director is responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of a
provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans,
compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labour
relations. An HR director is also expected to take a leadership role in
developing a culture that enables employees to perform in accordance to
the firm’s objectives.
HR director should effectively plan, design, develop and evaluate human
resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals. In
addition, HR director should lead performance management, talent
assessment, and effective labour relationships, including negotiating and
administering labour agreements.
An HR Director must be an experienced professional with deep knowledge
of all matters concerning labour law and HR best practices. Should be
able to manage programs and lead staff while also possessing a strong
strategic mindset.
The goal is to ensure that all HR needs of the company are being met and
are aligned with all business objectives.
Job Duties
Daily tasks may vary, but a typical HR director supervises staff and reports to the chief
executive officer on issues regarding implementation of policies and procedures, safety of
the workforce, recruiting and hiring high-performing employees, and labour, legislative and
other human resources issues.
HR director also direct the development and implementation of organizational development
programs, employee orientation and training programs, benefits plans, policies and
guidelines, database management procedures, equal opportunity employment programs,
and employee records and documentation policies. Evaluating effectiveness through
compiling and analysing data will be another important function of the HR director, and they

Human Resources Manager Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as HR Director
Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its
business objectives
Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and
best practices
A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
Well versed with both English and Arabic
Has worked previously in company with Focus on Engineering Industry.
Qualification: BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or
relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus
Experience: 5+ Years of Experience.
