Job Description
• Undertake design project from concept to completion.
• Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans.
• Draft construction documents and 3D views.
• Set costs and project fees according to budget.
• Research and decide on materials and products sourcing.
• Prepare BOQ for both fit-out and furniture.
• Supervise work progress.
• Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors.
• Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Engineering related disciplines.
• Excellent portfolio of previous works.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in relative position.
• Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with V-ray Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator, Acrobat, Bridge) is a plus. (Not Mandatory)
• Creative talent, imagination and eye for design.
• Good Communication and presentation skills.
• Concise and articulate written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong time management skills and experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines.
