We’re looking for professionals with the following requirements:
Civil Resident Engineer
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil,
– Having Minimum -15 Years’ Experience
– Having Consultant Experience
– Registered in SCE
– Transferable Iqama
– Ready to join on immediate basis
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders
– Proficient in the use of project management software, CAD tools, and other engineering technologies
– Any Nationality
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee and coordinate all on-site engineering and construction activities to ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
– Review and analyze engineering drawings, specifications, and other project documents.
– Perform regular site inspections to track progress and address potential issues.
– Work closely with the project management team to tackle technical problems and implement necessary design changes.
– Ensure all activities comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
– Act as the main point of contact between clients, engineers, and construction teams.
– Keep comprehensive records of site activities, including daily logs, change orders, and quality control reports.
– Provide frequent progress updates and technical reports to project managers and clients.
– Assist the project team with closeout tasks, such as punch lists and final inspections.
