Job Description:
Sales Coordinators, required for a company in Saudi Arabia.
Role:
– Act as the focal points for sales team in the different areas to coordinate all sales related activities with other functions inside the organization (production.
– Quality, procurement, Warehousing, dispatching, finance) in order to achieve the required outputs within the scope of responsibility.
Scope of responsibilities:
– Quotation Management.
– Sales order management.
– Maintaining dispatch plan for all booked orders.
– Developing sales reporting system that show the overall sales performance in each area Vs budget.
Qualification and Skills:
– University Degree in relevant area.
– Minimum of 2 years sales experience in the Saudi steel market.
– Stainless steel experience is a major advantage.
