Job Details:
– Engage in direct and indirect recruiting efforts including the identification, qualification and presentation of candidates to Sales Team to meet client requirements.
– Follow a proactive recruiting model in building candidate database.
– Prospect, identify and interview candidates. conduct initial technical screening, reference checks, negotiate salary/rate and relocation, coordinate client interviews and work with the salesperson to close the deals.
– PERM placements for US clients.
Candidate Profile:
– Must have experience recruiting Information Technology Professionals from US {and/or from Canada}.
– MUST have experience in recruiting contract {W2 /1099/C2C} candidates for direct clients. OR PERM candidates for US clients.
– Ability to be productive while working indepently in a high paced environment.
– Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational ss.
