Required Operations/Business Development Manager – Eastern Provinc

We are looking for an Operations/Business Development Manager
Female – 1 Saudi National
Male – 1 Preferably Indian National – Local Iqama Transfer
Salary Package – 5,000 SAR – 5,500 SAR + Incentives
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with 3 – 5 Yrs of Operations/Business Development Experience.
Excellent time management skills and a proven track record of setting and meeting ambitious goals in the Service Industry.
Researching new Business Opportunities & alternative methods of efficiency.
The responsibilities includes managing day-to-day business activities, analysing statistics & reading & writing reports.
Liaising with other team members, including interacting with business Development Managers of the organization.
Training and supervising employees and tracking and measuring staff performance.
Planning & controlling change.
Setting & reviewing the budgets & managing cost.
Following up new business opportunities & meeting with new clients.
Overseeing the development of marketing literature.
Providing management with feedback.
