Expeditor – Eastern Province

Our company is interested in hiring an Expeditor who has excellent vendor communication skills, strong time management skills and a commitment to meeting corporate deadlines and receiving critical orders on time. The Expeditor will be responsible for communicating with vendors and shipping companies to ensure that all critical deliveries arrive at their destinations on time. He or she will also be required to report any pending delivery delays to client and management, and work with shipping companies to help get deliveries to their destinations as soon as possible.

Responsibilities
• Contact suppliers to ensure that all dropship purchase orders were received and that deliveries will ship on time
• Notify management and sales team in a timely manner if a critical delivery is going to be late
• Work with vendors to solve invoicing and payment issues that could delay shipments
