Job Description:
The world leaders in Construction Chemicals is seeking to fill the position of Technical Service Manager for their operation in
Saudi Arabia.
The position requires the following qualification and experience:
– To provide application training on product as per the sales and marketing requirements with proper plan.
– To manage the daily sample request for applied sample and provide technical support to the Sales Team and Customer.
– Provide technical assistance to site support and Sales Teams, solve technical queries on product applications, advice on suitability of product or recommend a more suitable alternative.
– To train the applicator and sale personnel.
– Frequent visit to site and see the performance of products and make proper site inspection.
– Supply and apply project monitoring in coordination with sales, applicator and customer.
– To provide necessary presentation, method statement preparation etc.
Qualifications:
– Experience: 8-10 years in Construction Chemical Industry.
– Degree / Qualification: M.Sc. Chemistry / BE Chemical / BE Civil, with relevant experience in the same field.
– Professional skills: Good communication skill, letter writing and computer professional with Arabic speaking.
– Experience in similar field is an added advantage.
