Location: Saudi Arabi
• Implementation and management of Procurement procedures– stock alerts/cash forecast/orders forecast – in relations with others departments (Sales/Marketing/Production/Finance)
• Involved in-stock inventory up to Costumer ends
• Develop a strong relationship with production and technology to anticipate their needs as per sales trend
• Participate and work with Technical, S&D; and plant finance to develop a 3-year sales and production plan
• Build RM suppliers portfolio as per GM needs: Quality/ Quickness/price
• Challenge forwarding agencies and process payment for customs
• Cost management: Limit Demurrage cost, manage price variance to reflect savings, manage freight costs
• Develop strong relationships with Authorities, with competitors, with suppliers
Skills and Qualification
4 to 5 years of experience and working knowledge in the drinking water industry.
Minimum Bachelor degree in Supply Chain
More education or experience may be preferred.
