Planning & Maintenance Engineer – Saudi Arabia

Job description
Qualification:
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience:
At least 3 years in Manufacturing , Servicing Industry.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or Primavera.
CONDITIONS: Transferable Iqama is a must.
Responsibilities:
• People Management
• Resources, Equipment and Asset management
• Maintain the master data of the schedules, job completion tracking, progress tracking, time sheets, job man hours etc.
• Post cost verifications, Labor estimated versus labor utilized analysis to ensure the business is profitable
• Schedule and Plan Periodic inspection and Preventive maintenance of Overhead cranes based on the Contracts on hand
• Efficient and productive usage of the People and resources
• Proactive planning and maximum utilization of resources
• Calculating and reporting KPI’s.
• Maintain documentation system
• Manage the parts inventory system.
• Work with maintenance team and vendors to ensure necessary parts are on hand while minimizing overall inventory value.
• Responsible for maintenance data capture (losses, cost, breakdown analysis, tag resolution).
