I am looking for a replacement for my position in Company: successful candidate will be handling the following duties;
1. Local Sourcing
• Getting requirements from Sales Team & Clients,
• Preparing JD
• Job Posting
• CV sourcing (Naukrigulf)
• Formatting CV
• CV Submission
• Arranging Interviews
• Mobilizing Candidate
2. International Sourcing
• Getting requirements from Sales Team & Clients,
• Preparing JD
• Job Posting
• CV sourcing From Naukrigulf, Naukri & International Agencies
• Formatting CV
• CV Submission
• Arranging Interviews
• Visa Allocation
• Receiving updates of selected candidate’s process and updating client time to time.
• Ticket booking
• Mobilizing Candidates
Rest of all duties will be discussed later.
Don’t expect the salary more than 2500-3000 no matter whatever certifications and experiences you have, as our company will pay less salary (Don’t apply and waste the time, If this is not OK)
Must have Valid and Transferable Iqama
This is Single Status Contract
Working 5 Days in week & 8 Hours a Day (Timing 7AM to 3PM) Lunch and Salah time is only for 15 mins.
Must be flexible.
Importantly you should speak and understand the following languages;
a. English (Proficient)
b. Hindi/Urdu (Proficient)
c. Arabic (Intermediate)
d. South Indian Languages is a plus but not compulsory (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Tulu, Malayalam)
