Location: Jeddah
Position: In-Store Coordinator cum Fulfilment In charge
Purpose: To ensure the entire order fulfilment cycle to be attained in line with business objectives and as per the targeted KPIs
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Pick the online orders and arrange with stores to collect back to Fulfilment Center (FC)
• Handle with customer queries and grievances
• Handle the Return shipments from the walk in customers and LSP (Courier Company) and complete the entire transactions
• Handle the goods collections and deliveries to the walk-in customers.
Position: Logistics Coordinator
Purpose: To ensure the entire order fulfilment and delivery cycle in coordination with Fulfilment in charge and LSPs
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Stock arrangements inside the Fulfillment Center and ensure the easy picking, tracking and ready to ship.
• Handle and complete the entire delivery cycles, starting from packaging till hand over the parcels to LSPs
• Track the deliveries and ensure the deliveries attained with customer
• Prepare the reporting, data sheets to trace the SLA and performances of the LSPs.
Candidates must be with trasferable iqama, hard working and honest
