Camp/Stores Supervisor – Riyadh

CAMP/STORES SUPERVISOR
The Camp/Stores Supervisoris responsible for the accommodation, mess-hall, laundry and daily welfare of around 350 workers & responsible for the storage of all materials in the warehouse.
Duties include managing cleaning, the kitchens, laundry, allocating rooms and ensuring furnishings are maintained in good condition.
Ensures compound “RULES” are adhered to.
Supervision of over 10 Drivers, Kitchen Staff and Cleaning Staff.
Keeping records on computer-based database.
Responsible for ensuring that utilities such as water, gas and electricity are not wasted.
Responsible for all catering staff, ensuring an acceptable standard of hygienic is observed.
Responsible for ensuring the purchase of food stuffs and their correct usage and storage.
Responsible for ensuring a peaceable secure environment.
Responsible for “staff health” procedure and all that it entails.
Unload incoming material, check content, inspect material for damage and sign off for receipt of materials.
Ensure that a first in first out system is applied.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Suitable diploma or similar document showing knowledge in same field.
References from former employer/s showing previous supervisory responsibilities.
Fluent English, written and spoken. To be able to make reports in English.
Computer literate, word processing and Excel
