• Electrical Engineer
• Minimum 7 years of work experience of which last 3 years in Sales / Mktg. / BD position in an energy efficiency or energy management team of a major power utility / energy solutions company
• Deep understanding of electric power market in KSA from its effective utilization and optimization point of view
• Very good communication, presentation, relationship and key client management skills
• Proven skill to closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business
• Position is located in Al-Khobar with extensive travel across KSA
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following but not restricted to:
• Explore opportunities. Locate and propose business deals to potential clients
• Take complete ownership of sales and marketing function of the energy management solutions
• Understand the emerging regulatory environment and government’s emphasis on energy conservation initiatives across KSA and build plan to capture the opportunities
• Plan and coordinate to implement the business plan. Align to the revenue and profit growth ambitions of the company in energy management initiatives
• Build new and manage the existing strategic relationships with clients and partners in this industry / segment
• Provide market intelligence to company’s leadership regarding business prospects and how competitors are positioning their offerings
• Understand client’s explicit and implicit needs and ideate with the team on how solutions can be generated and bundled as an offering by the company
• Act as internal subject matter expert and knowledge anchor and assist business operations group / team to get a better perspective of this segment
• Ensure cash flow situation is kept healthy by energetic perusal of receivables of deals executed through this position
• Being a sunrise sector in KSA, emphasis will be develop a medium term cash flow forecasting linked to sales and marketing plan
• Coordination with client’s assessors for pre-qualification approvals with manufacturers, vendors and suppliers
• Actively follow-up the trends in trade and policies of the government so as to advise the management to capitalize on the opportunities they present, or, initiate counter measures to minimize financial exposure and risk to our brand, as the case may be
• Assist management in investors relations
• Represent company in private forums as advised by the management
• Any other tasks, duties and responsibilities assigned by the reporting officers from time to time
