Quantity Surveyor – Riyadh

QUALIFICATION:
ANY NATIONALITY
Must be a civil or architecture Degree Holder
Must have a minimum of 5 years straight experience as QUANTITY SURVEYOR.
Must be Arabic Speaking
Should be residing in Riyadh Area or nearby town of Riyadh.
can join immediately.
A member of Quantity Surveying professional Organization is an advantage but not required.
Experience should be as per below:
1. Prepare , review and Check contract BOQ,
2. Prepare actual B.O.Q for contract execution.
3. prepare and monitor B.O.Q. variation (negative-positive)
4. Review and counter sign subcontractor invoice prior to contract engineer approval.
5. Review Subcontractor Variation Order.
6. Review and counter sign procurement purchase order prior to Cost Control Manager approval.
7. Preparation of Monthly cash flow.
8. Prepares Interim payment certificates and payment request for Finance approval.
8. Prepares Invoices and variation Order for client.
