Purchaser Officer In Prefabrication Buildings (Lgs) – Saudi Arabia

Our Company is seeking for a Purchaser Officer preferrable Filipino professional in our progressive organization for effective utilization with a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in prefabrication Buildings (LGS) with a transferrable IQAMA
below are his job responsibilities
• Reports directly to the Procurement Manager.
• Provides support to estimation for the timely, accurate, and complete pricing of materials for estimation purposes.
• Receive Bill of Quantity (B.O.Q) from Engineering Department.
• Raised purchase order for materials to supplier based on BOQ.
• Assure each P.O supported by three (3) quotations.
• Choose lowest price unless discussed and approved by General Manager if otherwise.
• Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time.
• Source for new parts, suppliers or sub-contractors when the need arises.
• Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers (local and overseas).
• Accountable for the evaluation of new supplier/s and update approve supplier’s list.
• Maintains proper documentation of purchase transactions.
