Project Planner – Scheduler – Transferable Iqama Must – Riyad

Position : Project Planner – Scheduler
Qualification & Experience : Diploma in engineering or project management.
a) At least 7 years of Project Management experience
b) At least 5 years plus experience in projects execution in Petrochemical environment
c) Familiar with Multi‐discipline execution knowledge and capable to handle software tools
such as Primavera and SAP.
d) Excellent knowledge of project control practices.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITY:
1 Assist in developing the plan for EPC Projects.
2 Develop project schedules based on the project plan.
3 Review the Contractor Schedules and provide comments and ensure their implementation.
4 Participate in Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Meetings with contractors and vendors.
5 Monitor vendor / contractor’s master & recovery schedules and their updates.
6 Monitor contractors progress measurement system.
7 Participate in project schedule risk analysis process.
8 Record the project expended hours by project wise to develop departmental expended
cost allocation.
9 Prepare the project performance through periodic (weekly, monthly, quarterly) reports
and presentations to Senior Management, Steering Committee and Company Board.
10 Crate SAP Auto Timesheets for Service contractors and Purchase Requisitions if required.
11 Participate in lesson learned workshop and record the lessons.
12 Ensure contractor compliance with Company projects control standards.
13 Safety – Responsible for personal safety, compliance to Company’s safety
policies and procedures. Understand and follow SHEQ and PSM procedures.
