Job Description
– Supervise all repair and maintenance for all machinery, plant and heavy & light equipment in the plant.
– Ensure preventative maintenance and repairs of all machinery & equipment to minimize downtime must be carried out.
– Monitor all the spare parts order and Ensure the best quality with the best price.
– Manage spare parts store and insure it is being issued correctly.
– Coordinate repairs and maintenance with mechanics, generates purchase orders for repairs and/or required maintenance.
– Prepare management reporting as required.
– Issues purchase requisitions in accordance with company policy and accounting system.
– Monitors and tracks machine & equipment on a daily basis by job site, type and usage.
