Contracting company in Al-Khobar is looking for an Accounting Assistant who is a multitasker, good in communication and time management.
Responsibilities:
• Provide support to the Accounting Department.
• Communicates with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
• Process transactions, issue checks, and updates ledgers, budgets, etc.
• Prepare financial reports.
• Assist with data entry processing, records transactions, updating the ledger.
• Assist with audits or fact-checking, prepares budgets and reports.
• Accurate with good bookkeeping skills.
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
• Should have an understanding of basic Accounting principles and proficiency with computers
and software, such as MS Excel or Tally.
• Strong attention to detail, good analytical skills, deadline-oriented and able to handle confidential records
• Non-Saudi candidates should have transferable Iqama
